You, the customer, certify that you own the copyright for the uploaded photos or mailed images, OR, you're authorized by the photo’s owner to make and use a printed reproduction. FrameShop will not be responsible for any copyright violations. FrameShop holds the right to deny the processing of orders that clearly violate copyright laws.
FrameShop reserves the right to change or remove frame choices without notice.
We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we will gladly accept a return for exchange or refund (less S&H). There is maximum refund of $100.00 per order.
Your credit card or PayPal account will only be charged the amount shown at check out. The charge will be shown as Museum Quality Framing on your credit card statement or PayPal account.
Orders will be shipped via UPS, Fed Ex, or USPS. A tracking link will be provided to give you the ability to track your order throughout the shipping process.
